1 large double en-suite room available, with beautiful views over the fell, in a large Victorian house on Fellside. To share with two female professionals (including live-in landlady). We’re looking for a tidy, sociable and easy-going housemate to join us.

The house has a lovely shared kitchen diner, living room with a wood-burning stove, and separate sitting room with sofa-bed for guests. We have a big garden with bike shed, outside garden room and BBQ area.

It's a couple of minutes walk from town (Booths) and about the same up to Kendal Fell/Serpentine Woods. There is permit parking on the surrounding streets.

The house is set up with broadband but is TV-less!

The rent is NOT including bills (so gas, elec, council tax, water, logs and broadband on top of rent). The bills generally add up to something in the region of £75/month each.
