Detached, character house, open plan, Wood burner

The house is at the top of the yard so it is bright. There is parking by agreement with the neighboring business outside of 9-5 Monday-Friday which is right next to the house. Inside there is one main room downstairs half kitchen half living room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms both with double raised beds with loads of storage. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. Outside there is yard on three side with flower beds and enough room to BBQ and have chair and tables, and there is a bench built into the flower bed.

We are ok with pets, but don't want anyone smoking in the house.
