I live in a 3 bedroom semi detached. Very handy for M6, The Lakes, Yorkshire Dales, Lancs and Oxenholme railway station. There is a bus stop into town right outside house. Kendal College, Lesiure Centre, ASDA, Hospital and a post office are all a few minutes walk away. I have a lovely garden to sit out in when the weather allows. The room would suit a student/professional person wanting accommodation during the week but could be open to weekends too. My home is a NON SMOKING home.
