2 Double Rooms In Friendly House

We have two double rooms to rent in our friendly (and soon to be vacant) Kendal house. Happy to let each room individually or to buddy-ups. We are going to Australia for a year (or more) so are keeping the 3rd bedroom as storage for our stuff.

We're 5-10mins walk from the centre of Kendal and up hill from the river (no flooding risk), with quick access to the A591. The rooms each have a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.

We're into cycling and the outdoors but will be away from the house quite a lot this year, so you'll have it to yourselves.
