Large Double Room - Reserved at Present.

New single person needed to replace my last tenant.
The accommodation is in a three bed-roomed - slightly chaotic but fairly quiet family home.
The house is currently occupied by myself and my 22 year old son who is only there 2 days a week.
The room has been recently decorated/carpeted and is approx. 12 foot square with a king-size bed. All bedding is provided plus a new set of duvet covers.
Shared facilities are:- kitchen, washing machine, bathroom and living area. I also have a separate fridge for your sole use.
The property is going on the market in March 2015 so the room is only available for 5 months.
New person must like dogs as I have 2 lively ones, who like nothing better than trying to sit on peoples knees for a cuddle!
I also keep chickens and ducks but they live outside!
