The property is in a lovely location at the top of the hill overlooking Keswick. 10-15 minute walk to town. There is a garden and private parking plus space in garage for a bike. Communal areas are the kitchen, bathroom and living area. Bedroom fully furnished - since photo it included a chest of draws, small inbuilt wardrobe, desk and chair and a bedside table.

Includes all bills. No TV license.

Ideal for someone working locally around Keswick or wanting to move and be closer to nature. Preferably not fully remote worker.

I have 2 very friendly cats that love to be around people.

I work from home so I am in the house in the day Monday - Friday. Sometimes work weekend and in the evenings locally. I spend a lot of the evening and weekends outdoors on a hike, running or paddle boarding as well as some crafts. Looking for a house mate with a like minded outlook on life.
