Attic conversion

Large attic , with ladder access. furnished with basics - small double bed , desk and shelves . Plus sofa bed for guests , own kettle . Shared bathroom , Kitchen and líving room . Large garden with driveway . Plenty of parking . 1 mile from village , 2 miles from Lazonby train station on settle Carlisle line . spectacular views . I live alone with two sons age 12 and 7 who are with me for alternate weeks . I am regularly away. . I’m a musician. Suit someone who needs a bolt hole in Cumbria for leisure or work or as a place to think / create / write . Interested in most things , especially art , music ,yoga the natural world and travel .
I am also a herbalist , we are tidy but not obsessive , good if you like to share some meals . I like cooking we have. Piano , record player , lots of recording equipment and various other instruments . I speak English , czech and French and happy to try any language .
If Its just during the week or for weekends price is negotiable. Pets considered - if well house trained etc
