Description
Our Home is a five bedroom modern barn conversion on the edge of the national park. We are three miles from Grange Over Sands, and commutable to Kendal (20 mins), Ulverston (13 Mins) , Barrow (30 Mins), Windermere (30 Mins), Lancaster (40 mins).
The accommodation on offer is a double bedroom, with bedsite cabinet, lamp, alarm clock and small wardrobe. There is a bathroom with shower which would only be shared if we had visitors. We do have a dog who is ok for those that have allergies as he is a hypoallergenic breed (Cockapoo). Beware though he is super cute! The dog is not allowed on the sofas or upstairs in the house.
We are looking to share our house with someone who is looking for somewhere nice to live, that doesnt necessarily want to live alone, or can afford to live alone. It is probably a good idea that you drive to live here as we do live three miles out of Grange. If your into cycling we are on the main cycling route. However if you are fit, it is a good 40 minute walk into Grange. We do run our own business so life is stressful and long days! We are set up for Homeworking too.
