Spacious room near Keswick with garden

Hi! My house is a 2 bed terraced cottage that is located in the beautiful hamlet of Millbeck. To get to Keswick, it is a 5 minute drive, 15 minute cycle or a 45 minute walk. Dodd, Carlside and Skiddaw are just behind the house.

I'm looking for a housemate who will be tidy and help to keep the place clean. I work in Kewsick from Monday to Friday and usually cycle into town or catch the bus.

I am beginning to grow vegetables in the garden (there is plenty of space for this) and it would be great if you were also interested in gardening too and sharing the produce. I am keen to share cooking a couple of times a week, so please let me know if that sounds good to you.

For transport, the 554 and X4 busses stop nearby and go into Keswick. A car can also fit on the drive and there's space for bikes in the shed.

Bills are included in the 450, including council tax (band D) and WiFi.
