Fully furnished double room incl bills

Good sized room with a king size bed available in a lovely modern house just outside Kendal. My room has an ensuite so the family bathroom would mostly be yours. The house has a good size garden with plenty of furniture and a BBQ. Off road parking and a garage for storing bikes etc. I mostly work from home so ideally my housemate would mostly work away from home although there is space so that isn’t a dealbreaker. I enjoy walking, wild swimming and biking but also pottery, pub trips and nights in with a film. Looking for a ‘friendly housemate’ rather than just a ‘lodger’ so it would be great if you like some of the same things. I’m clean and tidy and it is a lovely house so looking for someone who appreciates that and wants to keep it nice ☺️
