I have had lodgers in my spare room for 12 years. The room is available again from 1st May 2024.
The room is a spacious double room with an en-suite toilet and washbasin. There is lots of built in cupboard space, a double bed and desk. The room is sunny, light, heated by gas central heating and has a view of the hills.
There is a shared living room, kitchen and shower room, with plenty of cupboard space in a newly built kitchen extension overlooking the private garden. There is also limited outdoor storage space and on-street parking.
The house is warm, clean, quiet and well maintained. I have a very active lifestyle both professionally and in leisure time. I am looking for someone to fit into this kind of household, who will take their share in keeping it clean and tidy.
The house is 5 minutes walk from Westmorland General Hospital, 10 minutes walk from Oxenholme train station, and a short walk/drive to Asda.
The house is a terraced house in a residential area, Council tax band B.
