Double room in a large, comfortable house

Although I am really looking for Monday to Friday let, I am more than happy to consider 7 day lets for the right person, although a female is preferred.

Available is a double room with plenty of storage in a warm, large detached house that has sole use of a shower room, shared kitchen facilities, use of a washer and dryer and as I have a large study with tv and settee, you can also have your own private lounge. The house is 3-storey so please be aware that there are steps up to the first story front door so would probably not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There is parking available and a large garden to enjoy too. Being on the edge of Penrith, there are many walks and cycle routes leaving from the house, or a short drive away.

My house is 5 mins walk to the Police HQ, 2 mins drive to A66, 6 mins drive to M6, 25 mins to Keswick and 15 mins walk into Penrith so feel that this would be ideal for a professional working locally but living permanently elsewhere. I would prefer a female sharer, but ideally what is most important is someone who would appreciate and respect my home.
