Room to rent in Penrith flat

Looking for a new flatmate to move in as soon as possible. Room can fit a double bed but does have a single bed in place right now. There is free on-street parking just outside the property. Would prefer someone who is laid back, doesn't take themselves too seriously and can be organised and well house trained.
The room doesn't include an en-suite and will share the accommodation with myself.
