It is a smaller room so not loads of storage however could help set up as much as possible for you 😊

Backyard with shed- currently bike storage but hoping to be converted into a home office towards the end of the year so potential to utilise this.

I enjoy cooking, hiking, open water swimming, socialising, MTBing & bouldering. I work from home so I am in during the day, but do go away for chunks at a time so will definitely have the opportunity to have the place to yourself!

I’m not naturally super tidy (tried to be honest in the pictures!) so need someone who’s not bothered by the odd plate not being washed up straight away - however do want to keep it relatively clean and tidy and not keen on going back to student levels of mess 😂
