Double room in Castletown

I have a double room in Castletown for rent, available after June 20th

The House

The bedroom is Furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and 2 double wardrobes

The house has:
- A spacious Kitchen dining room, fitted with a large glass table and a TV,
- A large living space set up with a large sofa, chair and TV
- Spacious Utility space
- Large main bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, basin and large storage cupboard (shared but I don't really use it as I have an en-suite)
- A shared 2nd living space upstairs fitted with a sofa and TV (Again I don't really use it)
- 2 Off-road parking spaces, plenty of curb parking
- Garden, covered with hard standing, with a BBQ, bench and table with chairs

A Bit About Me

I am a chilled-out, 30-year-old professional, I spend most of my time outdoors, running/biking/climbing/mountaineering.

I have a shared dog, he's a cockapoo (hypoallergenic and doesn't shed hair so there are no issues with mess or allergies), and he's happy and very friendly).

I have a chilled house, not a party place, like to have casual BBQs or mates over occasionally but never late or rowdy dos. friends are always welcome.

What I'm Looking For

I am looking to find someone who can be a friend as well as a housemate, bonus if you share any of my hobbies

Less than 6 month rentals are accepted but rental will be higher
