Small Double Room

A small double room £500 per month inclusive of bills. The house is centre of Penrith (1 min) with a 4 minute walk to the train station, morrisons and sainsbury's. There is residents parking on the street with a permit. Council Tax A and included in price.

The house is a two bedroom terrace and you would be living with me, a small dog and a cantankerous cat so you must love animals. We live on a friendly street with good neighbours.

I work long shifts in healthcare which differ each week and include some weekends. You can have as much or little to do with me as you like, I won't be offended if privacy is your thing. I am friendly and approachable if you do want to leave your room.

The rooms do not have external locks on, they do have privacy locks for when you are in your room.

I have been renovating since I bought the house last year. Therefore, your bedroom has been freshly plastered, new woodwork, doors, floors and freshly decorated. There is a woodburner, a shed and private pretty yard outback and little front garden (both are suntraps).
