2 rooms to let

I have 2 comfortable rooms to rent due to my lodgers relocating to pursue their careers. Both rooms are fully furnished with double beds and ample storage space. My spacious Victorian house is just 5 minutes walk from Penrith town centre and a resident’s parking permit would be available. The rent is inclusive of all bills including council tax, heating, lighting, unlimited wi- fi, use of washing machine and tumble drier.
I have a sociable cat who loves company and attention. I work 3 days a week and when I’m not at work my time is spent at the gym, yoga, pilates, swimming and salsa dancing. I have had lodgers for over 15 years and find it works well. You would have your privacy but friendly chat whenever we see each other.
