Double en-suite

Double en-suite room available on the top floor of a three-story house located in a cul-de-sac ten minutes walk from Penrith town centre. The house is fairly modern, bright and airy with lots of natural light coming in. The room is a good size at 13 x 8ft with a West-facing dormer window and a small bathroom with shower. It is furnished containing a low-level double bed and two small sets of drawers, although a wardrobe would fit in as an alternative to one set. There is also some additional storage space if required. The middle floor of the house consists of the lounge and a spacious kitchen with your own cupboards and fridge. On the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine, although there is no dryer there is ample drying space on the middle landing and a rotary washing line in the garden. Parking is either on the single space drive or the roadside in the cul-de-sac. This room is for one person lodgings only and may not be suitable for someone who intends on having regular visitors. You would be sharing the house with one person (myself) although this may increase to a maximum of two. This is a friendly environment and reasonably quiet, only apply please if you will respect the property, are considerate to others in the house (noise, mess etc) and are clean and tidy. Thanks!
