Short Term Let from Sept

I am putting the house on the market so short term only please. You will have at least a month's notice of needing to move out.

Double room in semi detached house at the north end of Penrith. Shared bathroom. Views looking over the lake district fells.
Lovely patio area with garden below including a shed.
Quiet friendly neighbourhood with parking on a quiet street at the bottom of the lane.
Shared kitchen and lounge (no TV, but Internet included).
Access to space in purpose built kit-room included.
Would suit easy-going, mature, Outdoor enthusiast. Housemates are quite active people who spend alot of time out and about, rather than on the sofa.
