The room is warm in winter, secure, private, quiet, fully insulated and double glazed. The property is situated in the New Streets area about 7/8 minutes walk from centre.
The room would ideally suit a mature individual seeking quiet, private accommodation, who is going to be working in the area on a contract or for a specific period of time , maybe a secondment, placement or as a locum, probably for 3-12 months. Or someone moving to the area for work and looking to buy or rent in the area.. Alternatively it would suit someone working in Penrith during the week and preferring their own space.
We are a mature couple both working part time, who are very active, but enjoy the peace and privacy of property location.
Price; £90/week - all bills included.
PLEASE NOTE Because the room is small it would not be suitable for someone looking for a permament place.
