This is a first floor flat, located in a convenient central location but away from busy main roads.

The double bedroom is very spacious and has good natural light from two skylights. It comes fully furnished with a double bed (high quailty memory foam mattress plus 4 large storage drawers underneath), chest of drawers, large desk, wardrobe, blanket box and bedside shelving units.

There is plently of space to share this flat, you won't be crammed-in like some of the house shares in Penrith (I've been there!). However, being in the town centre there is some noise several days per week from early morning deliveries and bin collections. If you're a light sleeper you will probably have to use ear plugs.
