I have 2 x double rooms available to rent in a lovely 2 bed terraced house. I'm open to renting the rooms indivually or to a couple or 2 friends that would want the whole property.

The house is located in Rowrah close to the western lakes and fells including ennerdale. Access to nearby towns of whitehaven cockermouth and workington are all within 10 -20min drive.

The house is a well looked after 2 bedroom terraced house. It is well equipped with all essential amenities. It has a lovely garden to enjoy some sunny days and evenings in the summer months! There is a shared kitchen and bathroom.

The double bedrooms are clean and well maintained with super storage in the form of an 'occasional' loft room that could be used as a walk in wardrobe or office type space.
