House is well kept and in good clean condition. All rooms are fitted with secure locks and the property has a mains fitted fire alarm system with full fire safety equipment.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is also a washing machine and dryer.
all rooms have freeview TV and Wifi connection in the Property.

I am a live out landlord but live in Seascale so any issues arising can be sorted quickly.
