Single room in lovely bungalow (could be a double)

I have a lovely room for a tidy , respectful and friendly housemate that appreciates their own space.

There are two single beds in the room currently. You may want to bring your own TV.

I am a professional male, I enjoy running, and spend my spare time out on the fells.

Must be dog friendly. I have a very friendly, well behaved dog called Taco.

All bills included unless you work from home or will be home over weekends.

Shops, pharmacy, takeaway are a minutes walk, close to rural walks.
