Double Room with Ensuite

THE ROOM:
Before reading on.... please note the room is only available from October 2026 until mid March 2027. It will not be available outside of these dates.

Furnished double room with sofa, desk/table & stools, clothes storage and double bed.
Private ensuite shower room.
Basic kitchen including fridge, hob, toaster, kettle, oven/grill/microwave/airfryer, with sink and storage. This kitchen is for only you to use, but it is in a shared space that we will regularly utilise to access other rooms of the house.
Balcony and porch area with bike storage.
Offroad parking space.
Access to shared laundry facilities.
No linen, towels or kitchen utensils provided.
All bills included.

THE HOUSEHOLD:
I (Emma) am an engineer and work mostly from home.
I love the mountains and the outdoors, and enjoying getting out running, mountain biking, paddling, swimming, rock climbing and hill walking. I also enjoy painting, sewing, crafting and working on our allotment.
I also have another lodger in the main house (25 F).

YOU:
You are an outdoor-loving, friendly and considerate female aged 25-35years old who is looking for accommodation during the winter months until mid March 2027.

Full time, week or weekend only stays are considered to fit around work your patterns. Not suitable for night shift workers or home workers.
