Your large spacious double bedroom is at the front of the house. The bedroom has a bed, wardrobe, cupboard and bedside table.
Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room/diner.
The living room has an open log fire in the winter, TV, loungers and breakfast table. Weekly cleaning of communal areas.
I am 63years old and semi retired. I spend most of my time in my office or my own living room or the garden.
Shap has a co-op, laundrette, medical practice, butchers, second hand shop, postoffice, pubs/restaurants, church, cafe, fish&chip shop, open air swimming pool, a library and lovely rural walks.
We are 3 miles away from the M6 motorway. Shap is on the coast to coast walk.
