My house is a large 4 bed and detached ,nonsmoking quiet house .and situated north of the river in a very desirable area of Carlisle , within walking distance to Carlisle City center.

I have a double size room available, suitable for a professional person. I am a professional person and am away most weekends.
The current housemates are as follows
Myself my 24-year-old son who is a marketing professional and a senior Doctor who works at the Cumberland infirmary.

The house is modern and comfortable with broadband available. The Bathroom is separate boasting a bath shower ,sink and toilet.. I have a large kitchen/dining area with use of washing machine . In nice weather it is nice to sit outside in the large quiet garden . Parking is available on a drive or off street.
