Room in a lovely, spacious house in Staveley

I’m looking for a new housemate to join me in a really lovely, spacious house in Staveley. The room on offer is a furnished, double room overlooking the garden. The shared space includes a lounge, dining room with wood burner, kitchen, utility room and small spare room for guests to stay in. Outside there is a decking area, garden (which I grow veg in) and big garden shed. There is one parking space but also unrestricted parking on the street outside.

I work full time for a local charity so out during the day but often around in the evenings. Weekends I’m usually either out walking or climbing, pottering in the garden or catching up with friends. I’m pretty sociable and like having people drop by or come round for food and would be up for a housemate I could hang out with. Equally I like to think I’m considerate and respectful of peoples space and am looking for someone who would do the same.
The house is not immaculate but I appreciate keeping it fairly clean and tidy. I’m an early riser (but used to creeping around if you’re not!).
