I have a double room available in my 5 bedroom house that will be shared with 3 other housemates.
The house is a victorian terrace with plenty of space, that has recently been renovated throughout. There is a lounge with log burner, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms and utility/laundry room. There is also a yard and shed with secure bike storage.
All bills included (BT fibre broadband, gas, electricity, regular cleaning) and there is free on-street parking. Use of all kitchen utensils, pots pans etc is included. All the rooms are fully furnished.
Located Ulverston town centre so an easy walk in for all the shops, pubs etc.
Ideally looking for housemates roughly 20-30 ish to maintain the current feel of the house. You will most likely be full time employed in the area although some of housemates work from home occasionally as well. Current housemates enjoy cycling, walking, running and other sports, along with the odd trip to the pub and film on TV. The fifth bedroom will remain unoccupied and serve as an office space for occasional working from home.
