1 bedroom in terraced house in Ulverston

Hello, I’m looking to fill a room in my two bedroom terraced house in Ulverston, which is just a 5 minute walk into the center of town. I'm open to short and long term tenancies as well as 2-3 day a week situations for those who are only up here a few days a week for work.

The house has a washer, dryer, dishwasher and lots of on street parking (permit will be provided). Council tax+internet are included, but utilities would be split 50/50.

About me: I’m a 33 year old female (she/her) professional who works in Ulverston. I’m originally from NYC, but moved here a few years ago to be closer to extended family. After work and on the weekends I’m usually out swimming, paddleboarding or up the fells. I’m looking for a respectful, like minded individual to share my space with.
