I am an experienced landlord but have also successfully lived in a shared property as a tenant so am comfortable living in this kind of situation and am basically looking for someone as easy going as me!

My last tenant only left recently as they have now started in BAE Systems and bought their own property.

• Room cleaned and bedding changed fortnightly. All towels provided.
• Unlimited fibreoptic broadband (download speed above 200 mbps)
• All bills included in the rent for heating, electricity/lighting, water, gas, broadband, Council Tax.
• Use of washing machine and washing tablets provided.
• Ironing board & iron provided.
• Shared use of kitchen and bathroom (rota unlikely to be needed), downstairs WC & wash room, lounge/sitting room and gardens.
• Toilet rolls & hand soap provided.
• Own kitchen cupboard provided for food storage.
• Own fridge freezer provided.
• Milk, teabags, coffee (caf & decaf), sugar provided.
• Individual off road parking space provided with access to hose & vacuum for washing/valeting your car (if required).
• Off road guest parking available (if required).
• Access to my home office facilities for printer/scanner/copier if required

About the house & me:

I have recently moved into this lovely new build 3 bed semi-detached property with my 10 year old dog, Zabba.
I use one double bedroom myself, the smallest one is a home office, as I'm a mortgage broker, so the third room is available. It's a sunny, decent sized double room at the front of the house, next to the bathroom with double bed, double built-in wardrobe, bedside drawers, lamp & wall mounted internet TV.
The property is the last house in a quiet cul-de-sac with back & large side garden & off road parking. I have fibre broadband and the living room TV has a full sports & film package
The house is on a small estate of approx. 90 properties located just off the A5087 Coast Road to Barrow, next to the Ulverston Sports Centre which has a gym, pool, tennis centre, and Ulverston Cricket & Rugby Clubs. I'm also close to another good pub (for food & sports viewing), a Coop and fish & chip takeaway.
