House Mate Wanted

im looking for a mon to frid person. its a lovely modern house with a lovely garden and patio area. there's a kitchen diner, utility room, bathroom with walk in shower and corner bath(not en-suite) and bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table and has a lovely view over the front garden. there is plenty of parking around. its close to the spar & post office, handy for trains & buses. Im happy to try a months trial as i feel its important that we are happy to commit longer term. i dont mind a male or female but you must be an honest, respectful, clean & tidy professional person, non smoker with no pets. the room is hopefully available from 08/08/14 as my current lodger is buying his own property. if you would like more info please get in touch.
