Furnished room with double bed and wardrobe. can have an Arial through sky put into the room if required at an extra £10 a month. Big front room and kitchen. Big conservatory if you want your own space downstairs. MUST be ok with cats as I have two male kittens that are super friendly. House is fully furnished. Bathroom is currently being re done so is brand new with a bath and shower. Garden to the front and back currently being worked on. Driveway on front but there is a space outside the house for another car. Third room has been made into a big wardrobe and plenty of space to store things in there. Looking for someone who is tidy and will respect the house. I work 9-5 Monday to Friday Photos to follow when bathroom is complete
