Hello potential housemates,
This is a nice big house where you can feel relaxed in a spacious environment, there is a large living room, the top bedroom has its own en-suite with bath and shower available, there's central heating throughout the house and there is also a real wood burner downstairs with a sheila-maid pulley for drying clothes as well, a nice big kitchen, we have two fridges and a freeze so plenty of room for peoples stuff and lots of cupboard space, an oven and top grill/oven as well . Bills are included and broadband, every bedroom has its own key and the house is fitted with a fire alarm system and fire doors, we are registered with the local council as private landlords and use assured shorthold tennancy agreements with deposits being held in secure accounts.
