You will have a key to your room and front door. The kitchen and lounge are open plan and shared. You will be given shelf space in the fridge and space in the freezer and a cupboard in the kitchen. The shower room is shared with one other tenant and the bedroom and bathroom are cleaned each week and bedding can be washed with advance notice.
The house is located on Ennerdale Road, Wath Brow. There is a local shop nearby. The town of Cleator Moor has a Coop, Doctor's Surgery, Pharmacy and Library and a variety of take aways.
