The double room is in a large flat in a mansion in the quiet area of Low Moresby. 5 minutes outside Whitehaven.
Very close to sellafield, whitehaven hospital, workington hospital and lillyhall. 10 mins drive to workington, 15 min drive to Cockermouth, 30 min to Keswick
Double room with ensuite shower and loo. Recently decorated.
Fully furnished with a comfy double bed and bedding can be provided, bedside table, and a large wardrobe. Storage under the bed. More space available around the flat for storage if needed.
Living room has two sofas, a dining table and tv.
Kitchen facilities are all shared including use of washing machine.
Ample off street parking in a private car park and for visitors too. There's also storage in the porch for a bike.
Big shared garden and grounds.
I am preferably looking for a female housemate, someone who's easy going, tidy and considerate. Would consider a professional working Male.
