Large double room in modern 2 bed apartment on Duke Street. Shared use of all facilities. No ensuite but sole use of bathroom with shower over bath. Very spacious apartment a few minutes walk into town and the harbour area. I'm very easy going, younger than my years suggest and looking for a professional person to share the apartment. No long term commitment needed and will accept payment and notice weekly or monthly. Broadband and all bills included in rent
