The property is located close to the town centre, train station and bus station.

Clean and well maintained throughout with all communal areas professionally cleaned through the week.

The property comprises of ground floor with kitchen, dining room and rear yard. On the first floor there is one single and one double bedroom room along with two shared bathrooms, one large with a bath and one shower room. Both bathrooms are shared between the four bedrooms.

The second floor comprises of a double and a single bedroom.

We currently have one single room available which is room 1, a recently decorated single room with new carpet, bed, furniture and tv.

The room has a comfortable chair, a smart tv, mini drinks fridge and WiFi access is available.

Parking is available, which is protected by CCTV cameras.
