The room available is on the top floor and iavailable from 1st sept 24. I also have the basement room available from the end of Sept. The basement room idownstairs is light and airy and has a window out onto the outside steps.

The house has shared living room and kitchen with all amenities including washing machine fridge and freezer. There is a large main bathroom and seperate downstairs toilet.

Portland square is a cobbled square close to workington town centre and an easy walk to the train station approximately 1mile away.
