Calling on trustworthy, single ladies or gents! I have a room to let in my home on the outskirts of Workington. It's furnished, includes wall mounted tv, king size bed, wardobe, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. Has a shared bathroom, living room/kitchen and 1x parking space. You would have the house to yourself from Monday to Friday, and occasionally weekends too as I work away. Must be able to provide references. I don't mind smokers, but strictly outside only. You can vape inside the house if you wish. Happy to accept contractors providing it's for a month or longer. Must have a sense of humour and be willing to put up with me coming home at any given hour over the weekend. I like to cook - if you're home when I am you are welcome to share a meal with me as it gives me a reason to actually cook and not live off noodles!
