I have a comfortable room available in my quiet detached home in Allestree, in a lovely residential area of Derby. The house is shared with me, the female live-in homeowner, and there are no other students or tenants.

You will have two rooms exclusively for your use:

• A furnished private bedroom with a single bed, wardrobe and dressing table
• A separate private study room with a desk, chair and Wi-Fi

So you can keep your bedroom as a relaxing space and have a proper room dedicated to studying — ideal if you have lots of university work to do.
