So.. I’m Euan, I’m Scottish, and welcome to my advert! I was a live in landlord, but have moved away and I’m looking for considerate and tidy individuals, please, it’s a happy home and it’s important it stays that way! Not sure how to change it, but I don’t live there anymore just to be clear sorry! TIA

The House

Comprised of 4 large double bedrooms & 1 double, 2 modern shower/toilet rooms, a comfy living room, a large kitchen/diner and a sunny garden, parking for two cars, almost. 1 3/4 space in front of the house and 1 in front of that on the road.

All the bedrooms are furnished with ikeas finest and have tv aerial ports. There is strictly no smoking in the rooms, or anywhere inside the property, garden - no problem. The available rooms are on the ground, first and second floor.
Internet, pretty decent, you get about 500mb on the 2nd floor so there shouldn’t be any problems for anyone hopefully..

The living room situated on the ground floor has ample sofa space for lounging, a 42” smart tv with Amazon prime and Netflix.

The kitchen is at the back of the house, past the downstairs toilet. A large fridge and freezer provide ample storage space (another just outside the kitchen for extra storage), a double oven, induction hob and a combination microwave, plus the dishwasher, washing machine & water purifier/kettle, ideal for hosting and relaxing!
Another fat smart tv which has a fire stick and there’s also Alexa for tunes, timers etc..
Plenty washing line space in the garden.

Both shower/toilet rooms are finished to a very high & clean standard. Not the biggest, but very functional and smart.

The garden

Sunny and functional. Dining table and chairs with umbrellas, small veranda on the shed with bench, ideal for hiding from the rain if you are a smoker.

Extra info

There are fortnightly cleaners (communal areas only) so all you have to do is tidy up after yourself and the house stays looking good with minimal effort, you never have to clean a toilet!

Local pub is great, has a large beer garden and weekly quiz. A Nisas 50m away and brilliant butchers the same distance, it’s pretty handy..
Aldi is within walking distance, return walk not so fun.. but doable.

Current Tenants

1 male early forties and two females in their late 20s, both keep the house very tidy and they’d love it if it stays that way!

Considerate and clean please.. Pets, cats yes, dogs no, and small pets yes.

Anyway, sorry if that’s bored you, or I’ve missed anything, I’m quite hands on for any issues, but I also use an estate agency for the paperwork side and viewings.
