We are outgoing, fun loving professionals who are looking for someone to share our house with. Ideally we are looking for someone looking for a home rather than just somewhere to stay. We’re easy going and would say we are the type to get on with anybody. The room price includes all utilities electric, gas, council tax etc. with no hidden extras. The room includes a TV on the wall and is a double room with all furniture, bedding etc. The Lounge has 50 inch TV with premium Virgin TV package (Sports and Cinema), XBox, Wii, whopping 600Mb lighting fast broadband with strong WiFi throughout the property.. Central heated, combi boiler. All kitchen facilities such as freezer, fridge, microwave etc. Car parking space and the property is secured with CCTV cameras. 5 minutes walk to lots of shops and takeaways. Few hundred yards from the Blue Peter pub. Double glazed. 1 old cat who won't interfere unless you want him to and 1 small dog, a chihuahua who is very well behaved.
