Double room to rent

I have a double room to rent in my semi-detached property. The room is not an en-suite, though I have a modern bathroom which will be shared. All other aspects of the house will be shared including my large kitchen, and living room. The bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers. There is also a desk & chair for remote working.

The price of £600 per month includes rent and all bills including council tax, Wi-Fi, gas & electric, water etc.

I am looking for a sociable and trustworthy individual to open my home to, and someone who will become a friend. If you are a sociable person and would like to make new friends, then please get in touch.

The black drawers and TV are not part of the room. The bed and white furniture are. The brown cupboard has now been painted grey (no up to date photo at present). The driveway can be used on a first-come first-serve basis.


I need to update my listing with new photos but cannot do this until my current house mate has moved out. I will upload new photos soon!
