Double room to rent in house

I have a double room to rent in my semi-detached property. The room is not an en-suite, though I have a newly refurbished bathroom which will be shared. All other aspects of the house will be shared including my large kitchen, and living room. The bedroom comes with a double bed, but this can be optional to you. The room also has a wardrobe and a set of drawers.

The price of £120 per week includes all bills including council tax, Wi-Fi, gas & electric and all other bills.

I am looking for a sociable and trustworthy individual to open my home to, and someone who will become a friend. If you are a sociable person and would like to make new friends, then please get in touch.

The black drawers and TV are not part of the room. The bed and white furniture are. The brown cupboard will be painted white when my current house mate has moved out.
