Alders farmhouse naturally divides into two, and I live in one half with my partner. Yourself and only one other lodger would share the other half, including the large kitchen/utility, but each have your own private double bedroom, bath/shower room and living areas. The whole house is recently renovated and freshly decorated. There is a modern oil central heating system. We have super-fast unlimited broadband.
There is a generous double bedroom, and next door a sitting room connected to a small office. The sitting room and office are at the front of the house, with beautiful views looking onto meadows and a stream. There is a large bathroom also. The kitchen is downstairs and shared with the other lodger. There is also a shared utility room.

Downstairs apartment:

Each lodger has their own parking space. There is a long drive down to the property, we are nowhere near the road, so it is very private and quiet. Alders is located on a network of beautiful public footpaths, we adjoin the Tissington Trail, excellent for walking and biking.

We are looking for mature, single professional lodgers, of any age/gender, who appreciate living in a quiet, rural location. We are a friendly, quiet, outdoor-loving couple. We have a friendly dog and two young children.
