Large room in family town house in Ashbourne

Large room available for a single person to live with us in our family house with garden. Private off-road parking. All bills including fibre wifi. The kitchen has the usual appliances plus a nice coffee machine. Two lounges (open fire), piano, own Smart TV, two showers, three toilets, bath.

Kids at school during the day; they practise instruments before school and later in the afternoon. It's a busy home but peaceful and quiet in the daytime and after about 8pm. Our place suits someone who works away from the home most days.

References are checked as we have primary-aged children. There is a short written agreement to sign (available on request). No smoking in the house.

We've had long-term lodgers and some for just 3 months or so. All are willing to tell you what it's like living with us. It's always worked out - we're pretty straight-forward. Get in touch and we can meet/show you round via video-call, and we can give you contact details for our current lodger if you'd like.

We're right in the heart of Ashbourne, a market town, 5 mins walk to the beautiful Peak District countryside (National Park). 30 mins drive/bus to Derby. 20 mins to Alton Towers. Previous lodgers have worked for JCB (15 mins drive/bus).
