Comfortable room in Shared House

This is a good size room with single bed, desk, chair and coffee table. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The communal areas are cleaned weekly, although you will be expected to keep these spaces clean and tidy as you go about your day. There is wifi and heating. The landlady has 2 small dogs who are usually in the other half of the house. The room faces South and is sunny , there is some road noise untill about 9pm although several people in the house are early risers it is generally quiet. Shops and the bus station are less than 5 mins walk. This may suit a student or working person. Weekly commuters can get a reduced rent. There is a garden for sitting out and drying washing but regrettably no parking.. One use of the washing machine is included, extra washes are £2.
