Attic room with en-suite

Hi. The room available is an attic room with en-suite shower room. It has a sofa bed so can act as a double bed or couch. There is a large smart TV as you may prefer the option of privacy and watching whatever you choose. You would be welcome to use the sitting room but not everyone may want to watch my daughter’s choices which varies from My Little Pony to Manga. Why do the characters in Manga always shout? 🤔

The kitchen/dining room is medium sized. There is a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

The house is very old, with 2 foot walls so we never hear the neighbours 😊
There is sometimes parking next to the house but if not there is permit holder parking on the nearby roads and I can easily get a permit.

I’m 55 and work full time for the NHS. Being at ‘that’ age, I’m nowhere near as active as I used to be although I swim most mornings and seem to have ended up chief dog walker despite the dogs really being my daughter’s.
My daughter is 15 and is aware she needs to be considerate of others when it comes to things like how loud she blasts out her music 😆

The dogs are 2 miniature poodles, I think about 3-4 years old. They do go completely bonkers when anyone comes in the house but they settle quickly if you ignore them and they seem happy to sleep about 20 hours a day.

Not sure what else you may wish to know. The stairs to the attic are steep and if you are tall you would need to be careful on the way down so as to avoid banging your head.
There are 2 velux windows which have blackout blinds fitted.

A cleaner comes most weeks. She will clean the shower room and dust the attic room if you like.
