I have a bright and spacious double bedroom for rent. The room has a double bed(new), fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables. Also four large storage drawers under the bed. The room is very quiet and enjoys great views over the countryside. I live here by myself and my lovely Ragdoll cat Monty-who loves company so someone pet friendly with no allergies please..

I'm a very easy going person that loves exploring the local countryside so anyone that wanted to join me would be most welcome! I would like to find someone like minded that can be clean and tidy around the house too.

I live in a great location- 2/3 mins walk to the A6 and nearest bus stop and 10/15 mins walk to the centre of Belper with all its amenities and train station.

Shared areas in the house would be : bathroom( I have a downstairs loo too which is handy)
